With each step, the wind blows

The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace. With each step, the wind blows. With each step, a flower blooms. ~Thich Nhat Hanh

Hi +Jendhamuni Sos the mind can def go in a thousand directions, & if we don't master it we won't master life, the more we desire the harder it is 2 walk a peaceful path in a tranquil state, I think 2 the individual, peace of mind & control of it should b of utmost importance, there's so much stimuli around & our minds so complex, there's many reasons 2 av good mental control, 1 is the fact the worlds full of things we r bettr off not thinkn about, peace of mind beats needless stress & paranoia, we r each given our own amazingly powerful organ, our best scientists only understand it's physical anatomy, & a few more things, but we need 2 develop our own minds, I av come 2 blieve thru positive thought our minds develop, whilst negative thoughts stop u from developing, sum1 had confidence in us, blieving we could handle a tool as powerful as our brain, lol 🙂

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.
