It is at our times of distress and not good a time when we are in a vulnerable position to the vicissitudes of life, we tend to go deep within us in order to understand our true self or in other words what we truly are. We would realize at our hindsight when we had managed to overcome our obstacles and problems confronted, that it is good thing we were faced with problem that enabled us to know our strength and power of resilience we possessed which otherwise a circumstance would not have found. Thus our each passing through of difficult times makes us stronger and better prepared to face life boldly. But only requirement is that we should never forget to learn lessons from each of experiences whether they be good or otherwise.
