Love and hate are not real opposites, but love and fear are real opposites. Hate can become love very easily: it is really love standing upside-down. It is not very far from love, it is love energy in a disturbed state. The energy can be calmed, stilled. It is only a question of rearranging the energy, and hate can become love.     Hate is really emotions trapped by a desire that is in direct conflict with a past experience. To get love out of that the experience must be reexamined and be forgiven. But the feelings which concurred the hate must be upheld by a higher value that is more meaningful than the reason for hate. If you don't hate the heart remains pure, providing that you eat healthy and get plenty amount of exercise.
