1. May your weekend be peaceful and beautiful

    Comment

I’m still very busy with the memorial and the upcoming funeral services for my dad. Thank you very much for your kindness and for being here for me always. I will keep this in my heart till my last breath. I am doing very fine, but my mother and my siblings suffer tremendously. We love our mom and dad more than anything in this world. I still don’t have time to visit any of you yet. Please give me some time. I will show you the picture of my mom and dad one day. My dad’s wake will be on January 4th, 2015.  We will bury him on Monday January 5th, 2015, next to our little sister Alanthara, who passed a way on November 3rd, last year. My dad purchased a plot for himself next to our little sister several months ago. I will do everything I could possibly do till my last breath, to let my dad know how much I love him, no matter where he is. ~Jendhamuni    Link to Google+

  2. Each day…

    Comment

Each day I meet someone new,
    But never find another you…
The world is full of people, it’s true,
Yet, not many are as beautiful
    as friends like you.

  3. Till Love comes along…

Nobody is right till somebody is wrong.
Nobody is weak till somebody is strong.
Nobody is lucky till love comes along.
Nobody is lonely till somebody is gone.

  4. Missing you…

    Comment

When daylight turns to a darkened hue,
The lovely stars hinting at you,
Your heart beat tells you something true,
That someone is badly missing you.

I can see you in my hands.
Whenever I join them to pray.
Your face is one of those who
lives in my heart. Because our
relation is from heart to heart,
I remember you every time in my prayers.

When I open my eyes to see the sunrise I think of you. When I feel the heat on
the sand beneath my feet, I think of you. When I see the colored leaves fall
to the ground from a light breeze I think of you. When I look at the sky
I think of you. ~sms4smile    Link to Google+

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
