  3. Kitty loves Teddy Bear so much

    Comment

    Cat paws: To us, they’re the cute, spongy things you play with like miniature stress balls after a bad day. To cats, they’re essential for getting around. Either way, cat paws are amazing. Functional enough to unlock an iPhone and so adorable they resemble teddy bears. Source: RocketNews24

  4. Time and distance

    Comment

    When hearts are connected, time and distance cannot break them apart – no matter what.
    Some say it’s difficult to remember;
    Some say it’s difficult to forget,
    So remember not to forget me;
    And don’t forget to remember me.

  5. I promised myself

    Comment

    I was on a ship thinking of you.
    When I looked down I dropped a tear in the ocean.
    Then I promised myself that until someone finds it.

  6. Kitty scares away deers

    Comment

    The term deer covers a wide spectrum of species. It may surprise you to learn about all of the different ones out there. They all have unique characteristics about them. However, they all have many similarities and that is what most people know about them.

    There is so much more than meets the eye with the deer species in the world. Taking some time to evaluate the different ones in detail can give you a new appreciation of these animals. A huge problem for them is trying to find a balance between humans and nature. Since the deer have no control over that, it is up to each of us to make good choices and to help protect their world as they know it. Source: deerworlds

    When I text you, that means I miss you. When I don’t text, that just means I’m waiting for you to miss me.

  9. Kitty wants to be someone else

    Comment

    Cats have been shown to have their own individual personalities. Their types of body language, including position of ears and tail, relaxation of whole body, and kneading of paws, are all indicators of mood. The tail and ears are particularly important social signal in cats, with a raised tail acting as a friendly greeting. Tail raising also indicates the cat’s position in the group’s social heirarchy,  with dominant individuals raising their tails less often than subordinate animals. Nose-touching is also a common greeting and may be followed by social grooming,  which is solicited by one of the cats raising and tilting its head. Source: OneKind

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
