1. Best friends having a good time

    Comment

Animals are like little angels sent to earth to teach us how to love.
They don’t get angry or play silly games. They are always there for us.

  2. Think by heart

    Comment

    Dreams + love = heart
    Realities + fights = mind
    Heart + mind = misunderstanding + mistrust
    Heart + heart = happiness
    Mind + mind = breakups
Think by heart even if it’s broken.

  3. Baby pug wants to go first

    Comment

Some say that the Pug is lazy and this is not really true. All dogs love to take naps. The Pug is such a fantastic pet because whether its owners are energize people or couch potatoes, they will fit in perfectly with the family. This breed most definitely loves to cuddle up on the couch to nap; however in the same day this dog may be found exploring around to satisfy its strong curiosity. Just like humans, the Pug may feel like lazing around or taking a short stroll. Because they tend to overheat quickly, they are not usually able to take long hikes without planned stops for shade, water, rest and treats.  With good weather conditions, a Pug can do a brisk 20 to 30 minute walk once or twice per day. 4. What touches your heart most?

    Comment

When your fear touches someones pain, it becomes pity,
when your love touches someones pain, it becomes compassion.

Think carefully: What touches your heart most?
Being hurt by someone you love a lot
Or being loved by someone you have hurt a lot.

  5. Love in my heart

    Comment

Can you count the stars in the sky?
Can you count the hair of a sheep?
Can you measure how many gallons
of water is in in the pool?
So how can you count the love
    in my heart for you…

    Comment

The furry tufts on the inside of cats’ ears are called “ear furnishings”. They insulate the ear, and help filter out direct sounds and debris. Cats can’t see directly below their noses. That’s why they miss food that’s right in front of them. Source: BuzzFeed

  10. The heart that knows

    Comment

The heart that knows how to bow down and say sorry is the heart that loves the most. People are great, if they can find their own faults. They’re greater, if they correct themselves. And greatest, if they accept and love others with their faults. ~Santabanta sms

Live & Die for Buddhism

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
