I had one situation this afternoon when I decided to go to the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General's Department to meet with His Lordship Prof. Justice V. C. R. A. C. Crabbe, Director Law Drafting and Commissioner Statue Law Review.

Justice Crabbe was mandated by the Minister for Justice and Attorney General when the Minister was mandated by the late President H.E Prof. John Evans Atta-Mills to deal directly with me to resolve the issue.

The late President had earlier on mandated the Ministers for Finance, Communications and that of Trade & Industry to resolve same. But non of the three or all of them together did not take any effective steps of could do it even after they set up an inter ministerial  team as it were to deal with the matter.

The eminent retired judge of the Supreme Court of Ghana was to handle my petition for the Restoration of Intellectual and Other Property Rights illicitly usurped and robbed me of by wicked and demonic possessed individuals in Government and their cronies the private sector in Ghana and across the globe who see nothing but money to be important. 

After greeting the lawyers who were in a jolly mood at an end of year party beginning from the table and ending at the Minister for Justice and Attorney General with a chat shaking their individual hands and wishing them Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,  I was surprised at the behavior of one assistant of the Attorney General.  Tomorrow the 20th of December 2013 will be exactly a year since I had to escape my Kumasi residence with the help and Godly intervention of His Grace Peter K. Sarpong, Archbishop Emeritus of the  Catholic Archdiocese of Kumasi to avert my being kidnapped and murdered by the hired agents of these syndicates. These rogues have also seized with the connivance of the Ghana Police in Kumasi collaborated by the Police Administration in Ghana. Every effort to bring sense to prevail has failed so far with all the appropriate Governmental institutions in Ghana.

The the bad or good news depending on how you may look at this is that, the bad guy hired to lead I am informed has gone mad in Kumasi.

His mother, sister and other siblings I hear are going through so much. that is what I have heard. What I have not heard only God knows.

But the truth is each and every one except for the grace we take for granted each time we are freed, shall receive our rewards in accordance with our works and deeds.

I leave this special assistant of the Attorney General of Ghana to himself, his action and the God or Satan he believes in.

May God Bless us all with a Very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year 2014.

The basis of judging others is believing we would make better choices given the same circumstances. Without this presupposition much of our bias, and racism would not exist.

Iv'e had many personal experiences with people that I thought were close friends. One was a 15-year friend another was almost 25 years. Even friends of that length of time just couldn't or wouldn't understand an issue I had been dealing with since High School were suddenly passing judgement on me and served only to make matters worse for me. It just occurred to me as I was writing this that all those years they knew me, when I was mostly keeping it to myself, they had no idea what I was going through, but when I decided to lean on them a little bit, they suddenly forgot that I "Was such a great friend and was always there to listen". When I needed someone to listen, they both quickly disappeared. That's when I learned, at least in my case, that when it comes down to it, your family are the only ones who you can trust to always be there for you. If they weren't , I probably wouldn't be here.
