Look deeply into the palm of your hand

If you look deeply into the palm of your hand, you will see your parents and all generations of your ancestors. All of them are alive in this moment. Each is present in your body. You are the continuation of each of these people. ~Thich Nhat Hanh

I'd say long hair.  Almost all my life I've had long hair safe 2 or three times i cut it very short 😉

Now I've my hair long but not like yours. Once I had it very long but it's no easy to take care of. I won't come back at youtube, don't like the way it is now, sister.

Did you know something about Mark? Sometimes I'm thinking he could be dead.  Is he doing fine really fine sister?

Oh, I forgot to tell you sister. Brother is doing fine. Of course, hard to access an internet, that's why I hardly see him out there. Please do not worry, he should be fine.

Oh good to know after all the hard times he had with the wife.  Still remember he was doing so bad……
Hope everything is doing fine for him. I'd like you and Mark were together, you get along so well and you are a great woman.  Sincerely I would prefer Mark be with you than such woman, Andi.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years.
