Let people know we care about them

Kindness is like a muscle, the more we exercise it the better we are at it.

Kindness starts as a thought but ends as an action. Acting kindly toward others is the only real way to let people know we care about them and their happiness. Without action, kindness just lives in our minds but never touches the real world.

Being kind to others doesn’t have to be complex or fancy. Sometimes the simplest acts of kindness are seen as the most sincere, such as holding the door, helping with directions, saying “please” and “thank you,” or even just a smile. ~Steven Handel

    All these posts are true but know one does kindness anymore and that's why we can't really talk to one another with respect and kindness.

    If u think there's not many ppl doing kindness anymore, then just do it yourself 🙂 U will amazed how act of kindness can be so contagious!…Besides, the best impact of 'act of kindness' is that it will make ourselves happy. Then why should have wait to do simple things that will make us happy? Let's just do our own acts of kindness, n be happy 🙂

    That's so true sometimes I speak to ppl they don't respond but that don't stop me from being kind to ppl God wants us to be kind to everyone.

    You do have to learn kindness. It comes naturally to a person from within. Many a times it is just a reflex action when we someone distress or need help. The upbringing of a person and the environment he live has a role to play
