I'm so in Love with Mother Nature

Life is beautiful, when you learn how to forgive, forget and let go. Nothing is easy – takes a lot of practice. You just have to keep forgiving, forgetting, and let go. Soon your heart will know how to do that naturally, without trying. Why holding on to something that cannot produce a pure smile on your face. Why do we need to be so attached to that unpleasant feeling? I have learned to accept everything in front me – good or bad, happiness or suffering. I just acknowledge them, without reaction because I know none of those things are permanent. Happiness comes and goes, so does suffering. Why wasting time and energy over something that can only make us sad, lonely and depressed…~Jendhamuni

    Jen…..You know l love and admire you.
    You are very young and beautiful!
    So far your life has been fairly sheltered.
    You have a beautiful soul….
    But you have yet to experiences the MOST PAINFUL EXPERIENCES….
    Such as loosing a Parent.
    MARRIAGE- DIVORCE-
    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE…

    Some things take Longer to HEAL and Talking about the problem is one of the first steps to that Healing Process!….
    Your Post are Great and Inspirational although you have yet to Experience the VERY TRAGIC Things that MAKE ONE GUARD HIS HEART!
    Don't criticize WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW.
    I would NEVER wish these things on Anyone but They HAPPEN….
    A Minister told me to Guard my Heart. That is a Crucial Part of Survival….Post Trauma.
    Just thought I'd let you know WHAT YOU DON'T Understand YET.
