Please help the activists put an end to the Yulin Dog Eating Festival in China. This year, Yulin Dog-Eating Festival begins June 21, 2014. Animal rights groups say 10,000 dogs are slaughtered during the festival each year, and that many are electrocuted, burned and skinned alive.

According to an open letter by the Hong Kong-based NGO Animals Asia, many of the dogs consumed during the festival are strays and abductees. Some are transported to the city on filthy, overcrowded trucks, significantly increasing the risk that they carry rabies and other contagious diseases.

हमारा डिस्क्लेमर-
ओये,हम तो झूठे हैं.महाझूठे,जन्म जन्मान्तरों से झूठ बोलते चले आ रहे हैं.यह कहानी तो काल्पनिक है.ऐसी घटना जहाँ घटी थी वह जगह तो बाढ़ में कब की भ चुकी.कोई व्यक्ति इसकी पड़ताल ककरने जायेगा तो घूम रहे खूंखार शेर चीतों का शिकार बन जायेगा.हम इसकेलिए बिलकुल जिम्मेवार नहीं होंगे.हमें तो कोई कष्ट नहीं है.अच्छा खाते हैं,अच्छा पीते हैं, अच्छा पहनते हैं,पर खराब बोलते हैं . खाते पीते हमें वैसे ही पत्थर पड़ते हैं. हमें वैसे ही हवा में लातें चलाने की आदत है.यह तो पाठकों की उदासी हम से देखी नहीं जाती.इसीलिए यह कहानी लिख रहे हैं.
बातचीत
एक बार की बात है कि दो मित्र भलाराम चालूदास आपस में बात कर रहे थे .हम भी अपनी अक्ल छांटने बिना बुलाये उनमें शामिल हो गये.हमारी आदत है है हम हर मीटिंग में बिना बुलाये ही पहुंच जाते हैं और्बत बिना सामने वाले के पूछे पूरी करते हैं.
चलुदास-
आज करे सो कल कर
कल करे सो परसों
ऐसी भी क्या जल्दी है
जब जीना है बरसों
भलाराम-जो काम हमारे लिए नियत है, उसे फल की इच्छा किये बिना समय से पूरा करना चाहिए ,चाहे काम पूरा करने में हमें कितनी भी कठिनाई क्यों न हो.यदि काम समय पर पूरा न हो तो समय उसका सार चूस लेता है.
चलुदास—कोई कितना भी अच्छाकाम क्यों न करे,हमें उसकी तारीफ नहीं करनी चाहिए.हमें हमेशा दहाड़ते,गरजते,और गुर्राते रहना चाहिए.तारीफ करने से सामने वाला सर पर चढ़ जाता है.
भलाराम-तारीफ तो अच्छे काम की जरूर करनी चाहिए.इससे अच्छे काम करने वाले का उत्साह बहुत बढ़ जाता है.उसे काम का बोझ नहीं लगता.आजकल अच्छे काम करने वालों का बड़ा ही आभाव है.समय पर किया हुआ जरा सा अच्छा काम भी बड़े भारी भय और अनर्थ से रक्षा करता है. तारीफ करने में कोई मोल तो लगता नहीं है.
चालूदास—कोई अच्छा काम करे तो सारा श्रेय तो खुद ले लेना कहिये और बुरे काम करने वाले के माथे मध देनी चाहिए.

भलाराम-इससे यह होगा कि साथ काम करनेवाले लाम में रूचि लेना छोड़ देंगे. काठ की हांड़ी तो सिर्फ एक बार ही चढ़ती है.इससे बुरी बात तो कुछ हो ही नहीं सकती.किसी का विशवास तो किसी भी कीमी पर नहीं खोना चाहिए.

चालूदास—आजकल तो प्रतिस्पर्धा का जमाना है,जो जीता वही सिकंदर .जीत तो हर कीमत पर मिलनी कहिये.चाहे इसकेलिए किसी की टाँगें क्यों न खींचनी पडें.
भलाराम-तो यह जित स्थायी नहीं होगी. हारनेवाला हमेशा इसी फ़िराक में रहेगा कब तुम मुसीबत में फंसो और वह बदला ले.किसी अच्छे आदमी का बुरा करना ठीक नहीं होता.हमें अपने विरोधियों को भी साथ ले क्र चलना चाहिए.और सभी का विश्वास प्राप्त करना चाहिए.
चालूदास(हमसे)—तुम तो कुछ नहीं बोलते हो. ऐसा क्यों?
हम-क्योंकि मूर्खों का बल मौन होता है.जब हम बोलेंगे ही नहीं,किसी को हमारे बारे में क्या पता चलेगा .
चालूदास(हमसे)—तुम तो बेसिर पैर की रचनाएँ लिखने में शेर हो. जरा सा भाव मिल जाये तो हवा में उड़ने लगते हो.कुछ नहीं बोलते हो. ऐसा क्यों?
भलाराम(हमसे)—तुम तो कठिन विषयों को भी सरल भाषा में लिखने की कोशिश करते हो जिसे लोग चटखारे ले ले कर पढ़ लें,.हमें कुछ ऐसी बातें बताओ.
हम खुश हो कर बोले—
सुनो, हमें पेड़ पोधों, वनस्पतियों,जीव जन्तुओं, समुद्रों ,नदियों और प्रकृति के सभी साधनों का संरक्षण करना .हमें स्त्री जाति को जागरूक और सुशिक्षित करना चाहिफे ताकि समय की चुनोती का डट कर मुकाबला किया जा सके. एक कहावत है कि जब हम पहाड़ पर चढ़ें तो हमें लोगों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करें, क्योंकि जब हम नीचे उतरते हैं तो यही लोग हमें मिलते हैं.
दोनों—
अच्छा ,हम दोनों में सही कौन ,गलत कौन.
हम—
हम तो लुटे पिटे हीरो हैं.परदेसी आदमी हैं.हमें क्या पता कि सूरज कौन सा और चाँद कौन सा.हमारे पाठकों से पूछ लो.

What do you suggest? Start World War 3? In a lot of Asian countries dog meat is on the menu. Had my own dog stolen once. In the English speaking world dog fighting is barely under control. Clean my own back yard first.
